A Sarasota woman has been found guilty on all twenty-two counts of running a Ponzi Scheme. Fifty-one-year-old Marian Morgan convicted of running a complicated Sarasota-based scheme that took the life savings of some of its investors, who ranged across the U-S and as far away as Canada and Scotland. She was convicted in part on evidence from her husband, John Morgan, who pleaded guilty in June to two of the twenty-two counts.
