Investigators are calling it one of the largest real estate flipping fraud cases in Florida history. Two more Sun Coast residents pleading guilty now of conspiring with investors Craig Adams and Rich Bobka by lying on sales contracts, loan applications and HUD settlement statements. Sarasota real estate agent Linda Sloan and her husband, Michael, pleading guilty in the scheme. They’re just the latest local residents to admit being part of the fraud. Five others have already pleaded guilty to lying to federally-insured lenders and wire and mail fraud.
