An undercover operation had led to the arrests of seven men for exposing themselves at Caspersen Beach Park in Venice. W-T-S-P reports detectives have monitored activity along the trails and near the waterways at the beach. In a three-day span, all seven men allegedly discussed having sex with undercover detectives and then exposed themselves. The sheriff’s office regularly conducts this kind of operation following complaints. This brings the number of arrests for indecent activity at this park in the last six years to fifty-two. Police have also recently arrested a serial flasher who exposed himself on Venice Beach.
