A judge in Charlotte County has lowered bail for Tampa Bay Rays minor league pitcher Matt Bush. He’s being held on multiple D-U-I hit-and-run charges in an incident that happened during the Rays’ spring training season in Port Charlotte. Bush is accused of having more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system and striking 72-year-old motorcyclist Tony Tufano with his S-U-V in March. Officers say Bush then left the scene and continued drinking. A judge now lowering his bail from a million dollars to 440-thousand.
