(Englewood) A man carrying a short-barreled shotgun entered the Barracuda Bill’s Mobil convenience store at 8675 Placida Road Tuesday night and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

At about 10:30 pm, a white male wearing a black full-face motorcycle helmet over another type of white face mask entered the store brandishing a short-barreled shotgun. The man demanded that the clerk fill a small back pack with cash. The clerk complied and the man fled the store.

Another clerk who was on his way to work at Barracuda Bill’s noted a sports type motorcycle travelling in the opposite direction on Cape Haze Drive at about that time.

The suspect was described as being about 5 ft. 3 to 5 ft. 6 inches tall, about 120 pounds and between 18 and 22 years of age. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray shorts and black sneakers.
