DNA’s led to the arrest 21-year old Frederick Osteen for the alleged rape of a 14-year old girl last October. The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office tell the Herald-Tribune the victim attended a party at the suspects home. The teen says after being served alcohol, she and a girlfriend went to sleep in a bed, and sometime during the night, Osteen got into the bed, took off her clothes and raped her. Osteen’s in the Sarasota County without bond, charged with lewd and lascivious battery. .
