A man already serving life for murder has been charged with the slayings of four people in North Port and Port Charlotte twenty years ago. The State Attorney’s office says 41-year-old Jeremy Sly is the trigger-man behind the execution-style deaths of 37-year-old Luis Villegas and three of his three step-children in December, 1991. Sly already doing life behind bars in an earlier, unrelated murder.
