48-year old Mark Wyman of Deer Court Crossing, is charged with capital sexual battery and two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim under the age of 12. The Herald-Tribune reports a complaint by the mother of the victims led detectives and investigators to interview three girls, two 12 year olds, and a 6-year old. Wyman’s arrest warrant says one of the older girls told investigators she’d been inappropriately touched by Wyman since she was 7 or 8. The six year old said Wyman sexually battered her. Both older girls said they were inappropriately touched at Wyman’s home, his pool, or at an ice rink in Ellenton.
