Sarasota County’s Beach Lifeguard operational hours will be extended on all guarded beaches beginning Saturday, May 25 from 10 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. daily. The extended hours will run through Labor Day Weekend. Sarasota County’s guarded beaches are Lido Beach, Siesta Beach, Nokomis Beach, North Jetty Beach, Venice Beach and Manasota Beach.
