A judge has decided to go ahead with the trial of Dwayne Johnson. The Charlotte County man wanted his murder case tossed, because recordings of his private conversations with his attorney
were recorded and sent to the State’s Attorney’s Office. NBC2 reports Johnson’s appealing the court decision, and also wants the State’s Attorney’s office disqualified from prosecuting him. He’s charged with last September’s murder of Kello Bonhomme.
