Detectives need help identifying a vehicle and a person of interest in a Port Charlotte burglary.
The sheriff’s office says a Verizon employee arrived at work yesterday morning to find the doors forced open.
Video shows a silver Mercedes GL SUV drive up to the store late Saturday night and drop off a man at the front door wearing dark clothes. This man pried open the doors and went inside the store. The sheriff’s offices says he stayed inside for a bit before leaving out the back door.
Detectives want anyone with any information on the man or the vehicle to contact the sheriff’s office. It has surveillance photos on its Facebook page.
