Investigations have started into the deaths of two inmates at Charlotte Correctional Institution.
The FDLE has announced the investigation into Damion Foster’s death after identifying nine corrections officers who may have had some involvement in last month’s death of inmate Mathew Walker.
Relatives of the inmates continue considering legal action to shed more light on the prison’s operations.
