November has ended. So has the Atlantic hurricane season. Phil Klotzbach from Colorado State University says the season may have appeared more quiet than anything else.
He also says atmospheric conditions worked against storm formation.
Klotzbach admits his annual forecast with William Gray missed the boat, but he says over the years they have accurately predicted tropical storm activity seventy-five percent of the time.
