Florida Governor Rick Scott says more than a quarter of a million people had their power knocked out by Hermine. He also said that one person was killed by a falling tree. Scott said first responders are still working around the clock to provide help to people affected by flooding. Scott also voiced concern about how Hermine may worsen the spread of the Zika virus. Scott said people should make sure to dump any standing water to avoid giving mosquitoes a place to breed.
