Residents of Englewood’s Mobile Gardens community are a happy bunch. They can now legally ride their golf carts around the streets of their subdivision. The Englewood Edge reports there was applause at yesterday’s Charlotte County Commission meeting from 50-or so residents after Commissioners unanimously voted for an ordinance allowing them to ride their golf carts in the subdivision from sunrise to sunset.
