A nine-year-old girl says she never wants to ride her bike again.

Neveah Jearles tells WINK-TV that she wants to donate it to Goodwill.

She feels this way after a car hit her as she rode her bike.

The highway patrol says Jearles rode out of her driveway on Adams Street as it happened.

The family says her brother ran up to the car and began banging on it.

Jearles went to Bayfront Health Port Charlotte.

Her brother went to jail for criminal mischief, but the driver does not face charges at this time.
