The Manatee county sheriff’s office says a man suspected in a murder case has been caught in Atlanta. The U.S. Marshals Service arrested 20-year old Manuel Ramirez over the weekend, according the the sheriff’s office this morning. Ramirez is one of two suspects in fatal shooting of Rolando Martinez-Rosales more than two years ago. The other suspected killer, Daniel Robledo had been arrested previously. According to sheriff’s investigator, the two were members of the SUR 13 gang. They and 11 others were announced last week as part of a group of alleged gang members who were arrested or wanted on racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering charges.
