Members of the Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of the SWAT Team, executed a search warrant Friday morning at a Punta Gorda residence where they had previously searched three times. Four people were arrested during Friday’s search.

At about 6:30 am on July 26, the Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 4631 Westwood Drive in the Tee & Green Estates area. This was the fourth time the Sheriff’s Office had obtained a search warrant for that same address.

During the search, detectives located several containers with Methamphetamine and items with Methamphetamine residue in different rooms of the house, totaling slightly over 41 grams in weight. They also located 21 Methadone pills, almost 40 grams of marijuana, 6.5 Subutex pills and one amphetamine pill.

The four occupants of the residence were arrested and transported to the Charlotte County Jail. They were Daniel James Desrosiers, 31, Michael Thomas Perrotta, 36, and Jamie Deneen Marshall, 22, all of 4631 Westwood Drive in Punta Gorda, and Dina Marie Saia, 35, of 11550 Villa Grand Apartments in Fort Myers.

All four were charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methadone, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of more than 20 grams of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (subutex and amphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Desrosiers and Perrotta are being held on a $275,000 bond each. Marshall is being held on an $87,500 bond. Saia was being held on a $72,500 bond.
