A student at the University of North Florida has been banned from campus after a picture was posted with him holding a rifle with a caption that threatened other students at the university. 37-year-old Ken Parker has been the grand dragon of the Jacksonville Ku Klux Klan. The university did not suspend Parker, but is not allowing him on campus.
