Organizers are expected a record turnout for this years Florida International Air Show at Punta Gorda Airport. 60,000 people are expected to see the show that starts Friday and runs through the weekend. NBC2 reports the event raises almost $3-million for Southwest Florida Charities every year. The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are part of this years show. The first shows at 5p.m. Friday. The gates open at 9a.m. Saturday and Sunday, and tickets are $20.
