The New Year means a raise in Florida’s minimum wage. It has increased 14 cents to $7.93 per hour.
Servers and other tipped workers also receive raises. Their hourly pay has increased to $4.91.
A decade has passed since Florida voters passed a constitutional amendment linking minimum wage to annual inflation.
