The highway patrol continues investigating this morning’s death in Deep Creek.
The patrol claims a silver truck hit a man as he walked with traffic on Rampart Boulevard.
Witnesses tell NBC2 they heard something at 3 o’clock in the morning, and that activity picked up with more investigators arriving.
Parts of Rampart Boulevard and Calcutta shot down, but they reopened late this morning.
