The state Fire Marshal’s office has charged an Englewood woman with arson from a fire in early August. The fire marshal says 32-year-old Angelique Byler is now being charged with first degree arson for attempting to burn down a duplex on Manor Court in Englewood. Byler had reportedly been evicted from the duplex shortly before the blaze. She’s being held in the Charlotte County Jail.
