An Englewood man was sentenced today to a years’ probation after pleading no contest o killing his neighbor’s Jack Russell terrier. 76-year old Paul Roskowski, a retired deputy sheriff and firefighter, was busted last May after authorities say he killed Ginger, a 7-month-old terrier, and threw her body into a canal.
