The State Attorney’s Office may investigate possible voter fraud in the race for mayor in Cape Coral.
The Lee County elections supervisor calls the investigation necessary after former candidate John Sullivan found two people who voted in the Cape Coral election lived in Charlotte County.
A judge has denied Sullivan’s challenge of the election results and his request for a new election.
