Just a drill today at the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office building on Utilities Road in Punta Gorda.
The office and fire department EMS trained together this morning in the field north of the building.
This long line short haul training gave everyone a chance to work on how to rescue people in very difficult locations.
The agenices used a one-hundred-seventy-five-pound mannequin for training, not a real person.
