CCSO detectives are continuing the investigation into a domestic situation at a home in the 600 block of Floral Lane in Part Charlotte, Two men and child hurt in the incident have been treated and released from area hospitals. 23-year old Clayton Stuarts suffered several lacerations believed to be from a knife. The child was scraped up in a fall. 24-year old James Terrell, who deputies say ran from the scene after the fight, was located a few blocks away and was treated for dog bites and is being booked into the Charlotte County Jail. Detectives have obtained a warrant for the home where all this happened earlier today to collect additional evidence.
