40-year old Randy Norman and 31-year old Tynisha Norman are in the Charlotte County Jail. WINK reports they were arrested outside the Walmart on Jones Loop Rd. last night. Authorities say they were allegedly in possession of a car stolen from Dothan, Alabama. They were both arrested for grand theft of a motor vehicle. Once in custody, CCSO deputies searched the car and found what appeared to be heroin bagged up for sale, used syringes and drug paraphernalia.
