The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office says gas pumps at a Fruitville Road station yesterday had two credit card skimmers inside them.
It claims a service tech found them at the 7-Eleven/Mobil station.
These skimmers can capture card information with a swipe.
They generally sit inside gas pump cabinets, making them very difficult for people to spot before they pay.
