The man who is accused of killing Jeffrey Hill in Sarasota last month has been arrested.
Sarasota Police arrested 33 year old Roy Couran for Hill’s murder, that happened on January 25. Police charged the 34 year old Couran with homicide, attempted robbery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Hill was shot during a robbery attempt, and his death was the first in the city this year.
