A Port Charlotte couple has been arrested and charged after allegedly stealing more than $20,000 worth of property from an elderly woman.
Earlier this week, police responded to a home in the 2400 block of Risken Terrace after a senior citizen told police she found a number of jewelry pieces and long guns missing from her house.
She told deputies that she suspected Samantha Labbe and David Harmon- a New Hampshire couple that lived with her since January.
Police found most of the items at a Port Charlotte pawn shop.
