Which is why what would have been a dismal number a few years ago is looking pretty good today. The Sarasota County commercial real estate market is now looking at vacancies in the twenty percent range. In better times, it was half that but today, it’s a bellwether number that real estate experts say indicates the business climate on the Sun Coast is getting warmer every day.
