The City of Venice now has a Helpline for those with questions, concerns, compliments or suggestions. That number is (941) 999-1415, and it’s open weekdays from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The Helpline is manned by a staff person with other duties, so you may have to leave a message, but the intent is to respond as quickly as possible. You can also contact city officials using the online suggestion box on the top of the front page of the city’s website: www.venicegov.com; scanning the My Waste App on the front page of the website with a smart phone and following instructions for reporting a problem; or e-mailing pjohnson@venicegov.com.
