Hundreds of people showup Sunday Evening to mourn a 14 year old who was struck and killed by a hit and run driver Friday night. Devin Federly was a student at Charlotte Middle School and loved BMX bike racing, fishing and his friends. Young Devin was struck and killed as he rode his bike at the intersection of Sheehan Boulevard and State Avenue. The impact threw his body 60 feet from his bike. A growing roadside memorial is at the site and police say they are looking for a older model silver pickup with a tool box in the back and may have a damaged front windshield. If you have any information call the Florida Highway Patrol or the Charlotte County Sheriff Office.
