There is a nationwide manhunt underway for a former Port Charlotte man. Edly Atherley, a Port Charlotte High graduate, is accused of killing his wife. Authorities say he could be on his way back to Florida. Investigators say Atherley’s wife was found dead in her California apartment last week. NBC2 reports the pair lived in a Tampa area apartment complex before relocating to San Bernardino last Spring.
