The Charlotte County Commission has decided not to take a position on Lemon Bay Cove. The Army Corps of Engineers has reviewed the permit for the proposed development for a year. The Englewood Sun reports the development would affect two acres of submerged lands just south and adjacent to the Swepston Bridge. Public comment on this matter continues until June fourth.
