A CCSO Street Crimes Unit deputy arrested one man and took some marijuana off the street Friday afternoon.
The deputy saw 24-year old Vladimir Morrobel do a panic stop to avoid hitting one car, and swing into another lane almost hitting the deputy’s cruiser on S.R. 776. The deputy noticed the rear window was tinted darker than allowed by law, so she stopped the car. The deputy was hit by the smell of pot, and a search turned up over 1,000 grams of marijuana, and $550 in cash. Morrobel faces drug charges, and as a convicted felon, he’s being held without bond
