A Punta Gorda man was arrested this afternoon after a Street Crimes deputy stopped him for speeding and found several bags of crack cocaine in his possession. 29-year old Emmnauel Louis was stopped for doing 62 in 50 mph zone. When Louis was patted down after being ordered out of his pickup, deputies found a prescription bottle in a pants pocket with 10-individual bags of a substance that tested positive for cocaine. They found 5-grams. Louis was charged with Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and cited for speeding.
