A Charlotte County deputy patrolling the area of Edgewater Drive and Collingswood Boulevard last night spotted a vehicle reported stolen in Pennsylvania, and arrested 3-people. Of the 4-people in the car, three were arrested. 19-year old Sierra Tamulinas, 25-year old David Houghton, and 21-year old Landon Houghton; all from Carnegie, Pennsylvania. The 4th person was a 17-year old girl who’s been returned to her father. The charges against the arrested trio range from interference with the custody of a child, conspiracy, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and carrying a firearm without a license.
