The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has announced its enforcement targets for this week.
Deputies look for speeders along two stretches of road: Taylor Road in Punta Gorda, and Veterans Boulevard in Port Charlotte between Route 41 and Harbor Boulevard.
Law enforcement also monitors traffic lights more closely at two Port Charlotte intersections: Route 41 and Murdock Circle, and State Road 776 and Flamingo Boulevard.
