Sheriff’s deputies in Charlotte County have staked out two stretches of road this week for drivers who speed.
They pay particular attention to Ohara Drive in Port Charlotte, and McCall Road in Englewood between Beach and Gasparilla roads.
Deputies also enforce traffic lights at two intersections: Route 41 and Midway Boulevard in Port Charlotte, and McCall Road and Pine Street in Englewood.
