The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office looks out for speeders in Port Charlotte this week.
Deputies have staked out Kings Highway between Highway 41 and Sandhill Boulevard for those going above the limit. They have done the same for Midway Boulevard between Highway 41 and O’Hara Drive.
The sheriff’s office also enforces traffic lights and stop signs at two intersections this week. It watches Highway 41 and Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda, and McCall Road and Oriole Boulevard in Englewood.
