Charlotte County detectives need help identifying a man involved in the armed robbery Monday evening at the Circle-K, on Harborview Road in Charlotte Harbor.
CCSO got a call just after 9 p.m. from a clerk reporting the armed robbery. The clerk said man came into the store, demanded money and implied he had a weapon. He then fled and CCSO deputies, K9 and a helicopter were called out to try to find the alleged robber; they did not. Detectives say the suspect is 40 to 50 years old, six feet tall, about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long sleeved yellow shirt, blue jeans and green baseball cap. Anyone who knows anything should call 911.
