The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has its eye on speeders in Port Charlotte this week.
Deputies have the radar guns working on Kings Highway between Highway 41 and Sandhill Boulevard, and on Highway 41 between Cornelius and Toledo Blade boulevards.
The sheriff’s office also watches for drivers who fail to obey traffic lights. Deputies have staked out Highway 41 and Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda, and McCall Road and Orioles Boulevard in Englewood.
