A Port Charlotte man’s charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder after allegedly firing a gun at another man in a vehicle early this morning. 27-year old Christopher Hook, is being booked into the Charlotte County Jail. CCSO deputies were called a little before 5:30 this morning after a man said someone at 1314 Beacon Drive shot at him. The victim was not injured and was able to drive to another location to report the situation. Deputies say this is Hook’s third arrest.
