The Grinch has come to Charlotte County, where the sheriff’s office says it has received numerous reports of packages being stolen from stoops and porches of private homes over the past several days. Police suggest that online shoppers opt for a delivery signature or have a neighbor watch out for any deliveries. You can also choose to pick up items at the post office, FedEx, or UPS stores. As always, if you think you’ve been the victim of a package theft, or if you see it happening to someone else, you’re encouraged to contact law enforcement.
