SPEED ENFORCEMENT:
Beach Road (Englewood)
Entire length of Olean Blvd. (Port Charlotte)
TRAFFIC LIGHT/STOP SIGN ENFORCEMENT:
CR 775 and CR 776 (Englewood)
Olean Blvd. and US 41 (Port Charlotte)
According to the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, Charlotte County has had 8 vehicle fatalities so far this year; there were 9 deaths at this same time last year.
