The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office has the radar guns working in two places next week.

Starting Monday, deputies look for speeders intently on Highway 41 in Punta Gorda between Jones Loop and Oil Well roads. They also do the same on Cornelius Boulevard in Port Charlotte between Highway 41 and State Road 776.

The office also enforces traffic lights and stop signs more greatly in Port Charlotte at two intersections with Highway 41: Midway Boulevard and Cochran Boulevard.
