CCSO deputies say an investigation they started Wednesday into the violation of a domestic violence injunction ended with two people arrested on charges that included growing marijuana.

Deputies say they a woman called them about 44-year old Mark Numen of Rotonda West, who she says visited her place of business this week, violating of an order of protection against domestic violence. Deputies verified the order and went to Numen’s home. When a resident opened the door, deputies noticed a strong aroma of pot, and spotted three firearms and pot growing gear in plain sight. Narcotics detectives were called, they arrived with a search warrant and siezed over 7-pounds of processed pot and marijuana plants. Numen and his girlfriend face several drug charges. Numen’s also charged with violating a domestic violence injunction and possession of a firearm after being served with that injunciuton
