(PORT CHARLOTTE) Charlotte County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a burglary of the Army/Navy store, 2735 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. Stolen was a large quantity of weapons.
CCSO got a call at 3:38 a.m. this morning; deputies responded and found the front door shattered to gain entry. Detectives and Crime Scene technicians are still on scene.
